Mosaic Counselling

We understand that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, and you may be unsure where to begin – but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change.

We are a team of qualified counsellors offering a safe, confidential and supportive space where clients can explore thoughts and feelings without judgement. Our approach is flexible and tailored to each person, allowing us to respond to the unique experiences, goals and needs of every client.

We work with a wide range of clients, including children, young people and adults supporting issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Our integrative approach allows us to adapt each session to meet the individual needs of the people we work with. We believe that each person’s story is unique, so by adapting our approach, we can support you in a way that feels most helpful and meaningful to you.

To make counselling accessible, we offer individual counselling either face-to -face, or online depending on your preference.

Our aim is to build a trusting and collaborative relationship with each client, providing guidance, support and understanding as you work towards greater clarity, resilience and positive change.

If you feel ready, you are welcome to get in touch to see how we can support you on your journey.

Supervision

We are committed to working safely and ethically, and engage in regular professional supervision to support our work.

Supervision is a specialised form of mentoring for practitioners working with people. It helps ensure high standards of practice, enhances the quality of our work, and supports ongoing learning and resilience. Confidentiality remains central to this process, and any discussions are handled with care and respect for client privacy.
